Check Out the Booth Babes at the 2011 PIA of WI Convention

We really enjoyed the PIA of WI convention and meeting so many great agents. It was great reconnecting with old friends and making new ones at the IIA of IL convention, but we do have a couple things we'd like to change next year:

There was some great consternation over the unavailability of "leaded" slushees. Perhaps we will have a more potent option available next year if we can get away with it.
We had some derogatory comments (mostly from jealous competitors) that we might have over-spent on the $8 Old Navy shirts. Next year, we might have even better looking attire (if that's even possible).

Being a little boring isn't always a bad thing. There has been a lot of well publicized turmoil in the wholesale arena lately, with rumors of more to come. Do your medical accounts have sexual abuse coverage included on their EPL:

Claim Example - Patient Molestation: A prominent surgeon was accused of forcing a female patient to commit a sex act. The surgeon was acquitted after a lengthy trial; however, he incurred Defense Costs of over $140,000. Suit was brought against an oral surgeon and his assistant for allegedly fondling a patient. The surgeon had to relinquish his license and undergo a rigorous investigation. During the investigation, it was found that while under anesthesia, the patient hallucinated. (more...)

Got a "little" critter that needs a home? Something "alien" drop by?

Small commercial accounts can be an afterthought at large wholesalers, often shuffled down to a trainee with a round peg/round hole mentality and little sense of urgency. After several days (or longer) you end up with a declination because your critter doesn’t fit in the round hole.
