Our property team has extensive experience with all types and sizes of property accounts including package policies, mono-line property, inland marine, builders risk and high value homeowners policies. Our 3 binding authorities allow us to quote a wide variety of accounts, many times within minutes of receiving your submission. This can be extremely helpful when you find out one of your insureds has just purchased a building and is sitting at the closing waiting for a binder. We have been especially successful on vacant buildings being purchased for eventual renovation and re-sale. The flexibility of our binding authorities also allows us to quote property exposures that may not fit your standard market parameters. For higher value properties, we have solid relationships with numerous brokerage markets that will provide fast, competitive quotes. |
